Some transitions need to be marked. The Sunset Release is a session built around the natural energy shift that happens at the end of the day. Using rhythm, flow, and intentional movement, this session is designed to help you release what the day put on you and arrive into your evening feeling clear and present.

This is where the work goes deeper. The Deep Reset is a high intention Reiki and somatic session designed for anyone ready to move beyond surface level relaxation and into real energetic recovery. Drawing on Master level Reiki practice, this session works with your body’s own energy to release what has been stored, restore what has been depleted, and leave you feeling genuinely restored.

This session is recommended for returning participants who have experienced at least one Beach Reset or Circle Reset session.

Your dog feels what you feel. When you are anxious, they feel it. When you are calm and centered, they feel that too. The Human + Dog session is a monthly outdoor reset designed for you and your animal together. Combining gentle movement, breathwork, and energy awareness, this session helps you and your dog find a shared calm and a synchronized sense of ease.

Private Reiki sessions with a certified Reiki Master, available by appointment. These sessions are conducted outdoors in a calm, open setting and are tailored entirely to what you need in that moment. Whether you are new to energy work or have been practicing for years, a private session offers the space and attention to go as deep as you are ready to go.

Adam is certified to practice, teach, and attune. Every session is rooted in the five Reiki tenets and conducted with care, intention, and complete respect for where you are in your own journey.

The Circle Reset is the heart of the Pacific Standard Vibe community. A small group session built around co-regulation, shared breath, and collective energy. When people move and breathe together with intention, something shifts. In this case, on the beach.

This is not a performance. There is no right way to do it. It is simply a group of people choosing to show up for themselves and each other at the same time in the same place. That alone is powerful.
